WELCOME TO PIGEON CHAT CHARITY AUCTIONS

Please note “PCCA” means Pigeon Chat Charity Auctions and “you” means the buyer of the bird(s) on sale.

1. All information submitted to the PCCA site is confidential and will not be disclosed to any members of the public until the auction has closed.
2. In order to participate in any PCCA you must be over 16 years of age.
3. PCCA reserves the right to refuse your participation in its auctions if you are found to be in breach of condition 2.
4. All bids entered on the auction site will be considered full and final and may not be cancelled.
5. You may submit further higher bids if desired, which must be more than the current bid.
6. If you are an under bidder on an item and the winning bid is subsequently removed, PCCA will accept your bid and cancel the higher bid.
7. PCCA reserves the right to put a reserve or starting bid on its auctions.
8. We will notify the winning bidder at the close of each auction by email.
9. We reserve the right to use our discretion to withdraw items from an auction due to unforeseen circumstances.
10. PCCA reserves the right to close an auction early or to extend it at its discretion, ie in the case of technical problems or difficulties with the providers of auction lots.
11. If an auction is cancelled and subsequently re-activated, all previous bids will lapse and bidding will recommence.
12. If bids are received within the last five minutes of an auction closing, the close time will automatically be extended by a further two minutes to allow re-bidding.
13. PCCA are not responsible for disputes between you and another bidder, or you and the donor of the lots purchased. You hereby release PCCA from any claims, demands or damages arising out of any disputes on its auctions.
14. Successful bidders will be informed of their winning bid, and are then responsible for payment within seven days of the close of the auction. Payments not received by the seventh day will result in that lot being re-offered to the under bidder.
15. Refunds after payment for winning bids will be the responsibility of the organiser of the sale and not PCCA.
16. If using Paypal any charges arising will be deducted from the final sale price.
17. All carriage costs are the responsibility of the successful bidder and not PCCA.
18. PCCA gives no guarantee regarding the quality, availability or fitness for purpose of any item listed on our auction site.
19. We reserve the right to review and amend our terms and conditions from time to time without giving prior notice and by participating in any PCC auctions you agree to be bound by such changes.
